8. Login Credentials and Password Protection

9. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

  • Any form of cheating, exploiting bugs, or colluding with other players is strictly prohibited.
  • Placing bets while intoxicated, under duress, or as a result of external coercion voids any winnings.
  • Failure to comply can result in restricted access, account closure, or penalties.

17. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

Castle Bingo reserves the right, without notice, to suspend your account temporarily for administrative reasons, pending resolution. If repeated abuses occur within six months from initial suspension date, full closure will be considered and your data deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.

18. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights (trade secrets, trade names) belong exclusively to Castle Bingo or our affiliates as relevant under the applicable laws of the licensed jurisdiction(s).

19. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim all liability for any indirect damage arising from use of services on this platform.

20. Modification of Terms

These Terms may change without prior notice; your continued participation acknowledges acceptance and compliance with amended terms.
